Repair & Duties - International

This service can be purchased for repairs to Julia Duff items, for international customers. 

Shortly after purchasing this item, we will arrange a DHL express courier to collect the item from your home. Please look out for the DHL email to confirm the pick up time & date.

Pack the item in a small, secure box. Preferably also in the original jewellery box, or another soft container, to avoid damage or scratches when shipping. 

This service covers :
